well, you certainly have this all planned. that's good and bad. It's good because you have a direction to move in.It's bad because you need to have some wiggle room if you want to change how something happens or if you get a new idea and want to add it. I have been through that. Last year I tried writing a novel I planned it all out and then I got new ideas and wanted to change things. In the end it came out a disaster. your idea is very good and interesting. I would actually love to read this, but you got to leave yourself some wiggle room in the process.

I have found the Classic Controller to be a useful thing to have. You can use that to navigate the Wii Menu as an alternative. Wii remote is actually required to start up the system, but not to navigate the menu. It is perhaps a little easier to use sometimes, especially if you can't be bothered setting up the "sensor bar". Gamecube controller cannot be used for some weird reason, but otherwise, do get a Classic controller. There are even many games that support it.

I feel like ants are crawling on my skin or body?

Since Wednesday, I have been feeling like these little ants or bugs crawling on my skin.. Its really annoying! It feels like people are lightly tickling me, and I cant just help to scratch myself. Some cases I have these small bumps and they itch like crazy! Im thinking this could be an allergic reaction because I have been sleeping on the couch for the past couple of days because it is cooler downstairs in the living room then my room, and I have a larger television where I can watch t.v. So here's the deal..im a 16 year old girl and im going to be a senior. Every day I wake up and I run about 5 miles. Then in the middle of the day I will bike to my college class and home which is about 15 miles round trip. I am also a state level swimmer and have a 2 hour swim practice at night about 3 nights a week..this practice I also bike to which can be 2-10 miles roundtrip depending on the night. What am I doing wrong? by the way...I don't eat junk ever...I make myself egg whites, fruit, turkey sandwiches, oatmeal..and I do a 30 minute ab-workout after running each morning. Why am I having surges of adrenaline and tingling feelings up my arms?

Yesterday, somebody shut a door while my finger was in it and it got a bit squashed. It's my pinkie finger. I didn't do anything at the time (other than swear profusely!). However, when I woke up this morning it's all swollen. I can kind of wiggle it a bit but can't bend it because of the swelling and it hurts too! So I hav this lotion called Simply Basic Romantics Cherry Blossom. It smells really good so I decided to wear it today. On a typical day I have porridge made with unsweetened soya milk and a banana for breakfast. Then for lunch I will have either a chicken or ham roll/whole-wheat sandwich without any spread, or sometimes I will have 4 whole-wheat crackers with a low fat blue cheese dairylea square - either way I always have some watercress and 4 cherry tomatoes with it. Then for my main meal I have some kind of tomato or roasted pepper or soy based whole-wheat pasta meal with chicken or bacon and plenty of vegetables, before I have a bowl of strawberries or raspberries (or some pineapple on Sundays) and a Muller rice. During the day I drink water, and have at the most 3 glasses of sugar free squash at night. The only times I ever indulge are on a Friday when my sister makes a Victoria Sandwich cake and I have a slice usually with the soy based pasta which is mostly vegetables like celery, red pepper, peas, broccoli etc. and also onion. Pam butter cooking spray is making me sick at work!!!!!?

I know this may sound absurd, but i work in a small restaurant & we spray Pam butter spray on everything. I do the breakfast in the mornings and we spray pam on the muffins, biscuits, hashbrowns, cookies, brownies, and then for lunch we do panini sandwiches (probably about 50 during out lunch rush) & we spray the tops of the breads before we press them down on the panini grills, so all in all, im probably spraying pam about 50 times a day. Ive mentioned this to my employer, just kind of suspecting it may be the pam, but i have no proof, but i just recently did research and i may actually be on to something. The main problem im having is my throat feels sore & my chest feels cloudy and its a little harder to breath, and no im not just coming down with something or getting sick, i just finished a 10 day detox and only eat natural & organic and no meat, so im hardly ever sick (ive been at this job now for 3 weeks) and when im away from work, the heavinest in my chest is not there, if anyone can help me with this, i would really appreciate it, because i do need to work, but maybe if i can show my employer some proof and maybe they will just go to brushing butter or margine on the items, maybe, or some other non toxic alternative. I am hopefully joining the Royal Marines and I am allergic to nuts. There is no trace of this on my medical records but I've had numerous allergic reactions while eating nuts, nothing more than sickness (the most being 5 days of straight throwing up because I ate a cashew) These will range from getting a slight tingly feeling in my throat and mouth to being very sick. What is wrong with my leg?

Since yesterday afternoon, my left leg has been numb. It is tingly and every now-and-then feel any type of sensation. Today, my leg and foot hurt really bad and are numb as well. Why am i having headaches like this?

Okay so i am 20 years old. I was diagnosed with PCOS(polycystic ovary syndrome) when i was about 15. Im not sure if this has anything to do with it, just getting the facts out there. A few months ago i started having headaches everyday. Some would go away with pain reliever and some would just stay there and just be a dull pain in my head all day. I also kind of feel tingly in the back of my legs and arms when i have these headaches, like im in a dream or aomething. About two weeks ago these headaches got so bad i was waking up with them and not being able to do anything with my day but complain. No pain reliever would soothe the paint. I went to one of my local hospitals and they told me it wasnt an emergency and for them to treat i needed to pay some money upfront(i dont have health insurance). So i go home and the back pain starts just in the middle of my back like i had been sitting up to long. Then i started my menstrual veey heavily (i only have about two regulars ones a year) a couple days later my head and neck hurts so bad im in tears and i have a burning pain all the way down my back. I went to another local hospital and they gave me a perscription for fiorciet and told me to follow up with a doctor. I have been sleeping for 3 days at a time cause the pain in so bad. Now i have pain in my eyes when i move them around or my head. I ahd a pulsing headache where i couldnt move my head, i was throwing up, back pain when i walk, neck discomfort and i am going off my menstrual today. Does anyone have any ideas? Help.

Morning sickness after delivery?

I had my baby 2 weeks ago. During my pregnancy I didn't suffer from any morning sickness or loss of appetite, if anything food tasted better. I had a c-section and was restricted to a clear liquid diet at first due to the anesthesia. When I was finally able to eat again I didn't eat much as I still wasn't feeling well. The first couple days home I was able to actually eat again but a week after I gave birth I noticed I wasn't able to eat much at all and I even feel nauseous at times. I couldn't finish a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, a small bowl of cereal, even a granola bar. I'm breast feeding so I'm trying to keep up on my nutrients but I'm lucky if I can eat twice a day. I saw a commercial for food and it made me queasy. It's been like this for a week now. Is it normal to be feeling this way after the delivery? Is there anything I can do about it?

It's a horrible plan. At 13 you need a basic healthy diet. Focusing on forced weight-loss is medically unsafe. 180 at 5'5" does seem like a lot but if you just adopt healthy habits you probably won't gain much as you finish growing into an adult and may lose a good bit in the meantime.

Please Help Tired of Itching?

About 4 weeks ago I started getting extremely itchy on my upper thighs and hands and also butt. It's worst when I wake up. It has calmed down quite a bit in the last week though. When I was at the doctor last Tuesday there were no bumps or anything on my legs so she said it was dry skin and I've kept lotion on my legs and butt which has pretty much eliminated all the itching. However also for 4 weeks I have been getting his little bumps on my hand randomly. They will appear in a little cluster and itch terribly and then go away. She said I was having an allergic reaction to something, but I dunno. They are tiny little bumps that appear in a cluster and look like a pinhead in the middle. Sometimes there will be one or two big enough to squeeze and a clear fluid will come out then it will stop itching. Last night my hand was so itchy I woke up and rubbed it down with hydrocortisone (spell?) and lotion and it still itched for about 15 mins and finally stopped. It wasn't just extremely itchy last night it was also tingly and only in between my fingers. My dog has also been itching a lot lately, we found one tick on him, but have seen no more or any fleas. I worked in a lab for four months about a year ago, and six months later I added some of the people from there on Facebook. I had oral sex with a new partner recently who said "he is clean and has no std's." About a week afterwards I got a horrible vaginal yeast infection, and a misshapen spot on the left side of one of my labia minora. I freaked out thinking this was a herpes bump. I had several bumps around my vagina, but im pretty sure those specifically were just shave bumps, like I regularly get from shaving. And they went away after a few days and did not hurt at all. When I went to the doctor, she said I had just a horrible yeast infection, and said the misshapen spot didn't look like a fever blister or wart or anything, and was probably just swollen from the yeast infection. I also got tested for all STD's except herpes, which came back negative, but then again I know I will need to get tested again bc it was only a week after exposure. Well a week or so after that, I had taken all my yeast infection meds and felt generally better down there. But then...my mouth started doing weird things. As far as I could tell at first, there were no cold sore looking things anywhere in my mouth, but my entire tongue felt like I had burnt it. As time went on, one side of my tongue started burning the most. But all I could see near that spot on my tongue was my tastebuds. Well now its been about a week since then, and my whole tongue doesn't feel quite so burny, but it still burns on that one side the most and every once in awhile I feel the rest of the tongue still feeling a little sensitive. I also can feel with my tongue some tiny bumps on the very back left of my mouth on my gums close to the floor of my mouth, so I can't see what they look like at all. I also recently discovered tiny red bumps on the floor of my mouth under my tongue. As far as I can tell, they don't hurt. The ones on the gums in the back left tingle a little but are close to the spot on my tongue where it is burny, so it is hard to tell if I can feel those bumps. And sometimes I don't even notice the tingly tongue when I'm not thinking about it, or when i'm drinking something I don't really feel it at all. I also (on and off) have felt like something is stuck in my throat. Sometimes I feel it and sometimes I don't. Mainly the only thing that really hurts painfully has been that one spot on my tongue that felt like i bit it or something. But where i've found actual spots, merely tingles mainly IF i'm thinking about them. I still have the misshapen spot on my labia, but it does not look like a blister, still just looks like extra skin, and it has not changed in size, shape, anything. I have looked over and over to see if I have any actual blisters around my vaginal area, and so far haven't found any, and hopefully I don't. However, it is still a little red and itchy feeling down there. I'm terrified I have herpes bc I know everything I've described could be symptoms. The spots in my mouth are small and reddish and none as far as I can tell none of them are open or yellow. Is there ANYTHING else it could be besides herpes? And if I kissed someone else after the other guy, but wasnt experiencing these symptoms yet, would he have gotten it and be experiencing symptoms by now? Also, would herpes make my ENTIRE tongue feel sore even where there's no visible bumps? Please help!!! So I hav this lotion called Simply Basic Romantics Cherry Blossom. It smells really good so I decided to wear it today. I put it on and rubbed it in like normal but then I realized that where I applied it straight from the bottle down my leg, it left a line in my skin that looks like a tan line. Vivid dream about something wierd?

Hello everyone :) okay, so this year, i have been having really wierd dreams. In the past, I usually dream but i don't usually remember them. I usually only have one dream a night. But this year, every night, my dreams have been so vivid. Also, i dream a series of dreams every night, which never happened to me before. But last night, my first dream was my usual recurring dream of waking up and getting ready for school, always rushing trying not to miss the bus. Then All of a sudden, i'm at school, doing work, going to ALL my classes, and i actually had to think, cuz i actually thought that i was taking a chemistry test. After school got out, i found myself walking ON a railroad. (I live near a railroad by the river, but my they don't cross paths.) there were leaves all over the tracks wich got stuck to my shoes. When i got home, I ran upstairs, to go put all my books away. When i came down stairs, i found four leaves on the stairs, i picked them up and threw them outside. Then All of a sudden i was at McDonalds with my friends. I ordered a McChicken haha. But whe i was eating it, i pulled out metal springs and steel bolts out of my sandwich. Then I see a blonde guy (my age...17) looking over at me. He had A HUGE red heart shaped box. He gave it to me, and a love letter. Unsure when to take pregnancy test as periods are irregular....HELP!?

Me and my husband are tryig to concieve baby no.3. We have only bee trying this cycle since we have a 8 month old son, since having my son my periods have been anywhere between 24 and 32 days apart. So my last period was the 27th may and im unsure about the period before that but i think it was around the begging of may. We had sex everynight from the 2nd until 6th bt for the last 4-5 days i have had cramping in my lower stomach behind pubic bone and aching cramps in my lower back. My breast arent sore as they were when i concieved my youngest child but my nipples are really tingly almost as if they are on fire, now because im unsure when my eriod is due i have been testing every morning using early hpt for the last 2 days with negative results both times. hi all, i feel a little crazy asking this and sorry if i am wasting your time. Please Help Tired of Itching?

About 4 weeks ago I started getting extremely itchy on my upper thighs and hands and also butt. It's worst when I wake up. It has calmed down quite a bit in the last week though. When I was at the doctor last Tuesday there were no bumps or anything on my legs so she said it was dry skin and I've kept lotion on my legs and butt which has pretty much eliminated all the itching. However also for 4 weeks I have been getting his little bumps on my hand randomly. They will appear in a little cluster and itch terribly and then go away. She said I was having an allergic reaction to something, but I dunno. They are tiny little bumps that appear in a cluster and look like a pinhead in the middle. Sometimes there will be one or two big enough to squeeze and a clear fluid will come out then it will stop itching. Last night my hand was so itchy I woke up and rubbed it down with hydrocortisone (spell?) and lotion and it still itched for about 15 mins and finally stopped. It wasn't just extremely itchy last night it was also tingly and only in between my fingers. My dog has also been itching a lot lately, we found one tick on him, but have seen no more or any fleas. Ironically my cousin came over last week (it was my first time seeing him in a couple of months) and he was also complaining of itchy hands and upper thighs. Any clue what this could be I'm miserable?

So I think I might have hyperventilated a few hours ago. I was watching a show that was scaring me and I was babysitting. That really put me on edge. I got really nervous. I am a graduate student who is seeking to collaborate with a researcher outside of my university in addition to my senior supervisor at my university for my dissertation. I have worked with this other researcher outside of my university in the capacity as a research assistant for a couple of years. I recently sent him, along with his colleague with whom I am also familiar, an email regarding the possibility of collaborating for my dissertation. This email was sent 10 days ago and I still have not received a response regarding whether or not either of them would be interested in being on my dissertation committee. What is the etiquette here regarding how long I should rate for a response? Is it okay to send a follow-up email at some point if I do not receive a response, or should I consider the no response to indicate that they are not interested in being involved? If I should send a follow-up email what should it say? Any advice is appreciated.

I'm an 18 year old guy. Last night before bed I got either suddenly very dizzy or very tired. Seeing as how I'm paranoid, I can't tell which it was. However, I bought these sleeping pills yesterday and last night was my first night on them, so that could have caused the odd feeling. But today, my right arm is feeling a little bit tingly. Why is my sister like this?

I am 9 and my sister Natalie is 14. Natalie tries to tell me what to eat, what to wear, and what to do all the time! For instance, today at lunch we had turkey sandwiches, greenbeans, and watermelon. Tasty substitute for butter?

I am looking to wean myself off of dairy products (cow and goat). I enjoy almond and soy milks, tofu - I have not yet been able to find a decent substitute for butter. I do not want to go with margarine as I believe that it is not a healthy choice at all. Does anyone know of a healthy butter substitute? Yes, this sounds like a possible scam, or perhaps a bad idea for an aspiring artist. When you audition, the point is for a record company hire you, not for you to hire them. But this isn't a record company. You record for them, and you sign away the rights to your own songs, but you pay THEM for it to happen. Do you get any creative control over to what happens to your music once it's been recorded? How come their website lists zero upcoming events, even though they're supposedly promoting all of these young artists? I'm not saying it's totally a scam--it could just be a new company that doesn't really know what they're doing. Either way, you need to read any kind of paperwork, you need to ask what they're going to be doing to promote you, and you need to find out how this company is making money if they aren't a record company. How do you know the whole thing costs $4,000? What if the recording costs $500, and they make their profit by convincing you this is the deal of a lifetime?

Why don't my friends ever want to do anything fun?

We hardly ever do anything together outside of school, but when we do, we do boring stuff like watch movies and other typical 'teen' things to do. I am always trying to plan fun stuff, but my friends say no. I've asked them if they wanted to have a chocolate syrup fight, dress up as boys and try to trick people, have a picnic with cute cupcakes and sandwiches, make tye-dye t-shirts, and lots of other stuff. The list of things I want to do is endless! But they don't like doing these things. I have a hard time convincing them to do things with me, let alone things like these. Congratulations on finding a considerate employer! The breath issue with your colleague is a delicate one. Sounds awful. You could tactfully offer him a breath mint and take one yourself. Or you could politely say to him in private his breath is a bit stale and asking if he would mind taking a breath mint, or brushing after eating using baking soda on the brush along with the tooth paste, or by using traditional Listerine, TheraBreath, or some other mouth rinse specifically designed for serious problem breath. It is hard to say such things but you can do it politely in a matter of fact way, perhaps relating it to personal experience. You will be doing him a huge favor. Horrendous breath will hurt him in the business world. And by the way..... very bad breath frequently indicates a health problem: can be teeth, throat, stomach, intestines, etc. He may not know his breath is bad. Please find a low key way to clue him in. I once had a patient with horrible body odor. The rest of the practitioners in the clinic were making rude comments behind his back... not very well concealed. I invited him into a private meeting room and said something like, "I'm wondering if there is a specific health issue as I happened to notice a perspiration odor the other day." Something like that. It was very difficult to do. I was scared to death I would offend him. What happened was he was extremely grateful I opened a discussion. He was aware that others were ridiculing him and holding their noses even though they thought he did not know. He said it was a medical problem that happened no matter how many times he showered and made him want to stay home all the time. We were able to outline some ways to talk to his MD and dentist to get answers. You have to be careful how you bring it up and let him safe face, but you can really help him in his career if you help him begin to tackle this problem.

Weird tingly itchy rash type thing on the palm of my hand..?

I have tiny tiny bumps on my right hand, there's nothing on my left. the colours weird to, like when you press your skin hard and it turns white, but it's tiny pin prick size dots all over the edges of my plans and my fingers, and my pinky finger has a couple reeeeeeeaalllyy small blisters my palm is very itchy and is tingly to like when I scratch it or make a fist or put any kind of pressure on it.. its happened before, and I thought I figured it out I thought it was a cedar allergie but I got rid of the cedar more than 6 months ago and I'm still getting it so now I'm lost cause in the past few days I've handled nothing new that i could be allergic to. aloe Vera gel and cold water seems to help for a bit does anyone have any ideas what it could be?????

for the outside thing and being around you, I think he's scared of something. Maybe of another dog or animal? He must be a shy and scared type of dog. And the physical thing? I can't explain that.. maybe Your dog has been traumatized by something. Your ideas are great and your extracurriculars are also looking good, your holding good positions in them. You just need to keep a good GPA throughout high school and do decent on ACT (about 27-31) and you should be able to get into Princeton. Also consider doing an athletic extracurricular activity. Weird Short~Lasting Headaches?

Okay every other day i sometimes get these short lasting sharp/tingly sensations in the area between the end of my eyebrow and my ear, i also get them in my forehead area. They are painful but they only last from 5 to 30 seconds on rare occasions 1 minute. So what is wrong with me? What are these headaches called?

Morning sickness after delivery?

I had my baby 2 weeks ago. During my pregnancy I didn't suffer from any morning sickness or loss of appetite, if anything food tasted better. I had a c-section and was restricted to a clear liquid diet at first due to the anesthesia. When I was finally able to eat again I didn't eat much as I still wasn't feeling well. The first couple days home I was able to actually eat again but a week after I gave birth I noticed I wasn't able to eat much at all and I even feel nauseous at times. I couldn't finish a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, a small bowl of cereal, even a granola bar. I'm breast feeding so I'm trying to keep up on my nutrients but I'm lucky if I can eat twice a day. I saw a commercial for food and it made me queasy. It's been like this for a week now. Is it normal to be feeling this way after the delivery? Is there anything I can do about it?

Im a 31 year old female and over the past year i have had very bad pains in my heart?

So, I believe I'm in love with a fictional character. What to do?

So I first "fell in love" with this character when my grade three teacher started reading the Harry Potter books in grade three. That was when I was eight. Now I'm 19 turning 20 and I'm starting to realize that my fears that I could possibly be insane or there is something very wrong with me or that I'll never love anyone as much as I do the character Draco Malfoy could be a reality. I don't know what's wrong with me. Whenever I read anything about him I get this feeling like someones rubbing their fingertips on the insides of my ribcage as disturbing as that sounds, it's a hard feeling to describe. Like really SEVERE tingly good feeling butterflies that's ALMOST painful but definitely not and heart pounding. I'm definitely not short of guys liking me in real life, in fact I believe there's quite too many and I have zero interest in any of them which my best friend and any girls around me can't understand why as anyone would be lucky to be with a number of them. I have really tried to like a guy who actually exists or even another fictional character but I get no feelings from any of them even comparable to the feelings I get just reading about Draco. It feels like I'm pretending no matter how natural I try to create relationships with guys in real life. He's not even my "ideal", as in if I could choose personality traits or appearance of my perfect guy it would not be his. I "love" everything about him and I wouldn't change a thing about him described in the Harry Potter books. I put love in quotations because this must be infatuation. Right? But then don't I belong in a mental institution if I've been infatuated with a character for twelve years with no signs of stopping?
