Right leg and arm keep going numb?

this randomly happened yesterday morning i was cooking breakfast when my right leg suddenly got tingly an i had to hold onto my table to keep from falling over, now at work it will happen randomly where for about a minute my right leg and arm go numb. does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
