Y do I feel this way towards her?

I feel like I want her with me all the time. Also everytime I'm with her I get a warm tingly feeling in my stomach. We've been together ( couple/ dating) for two years. People say it's puppy love or something like that. Or is it that she's the mother of my child. If this helps I'm a 15 year old guy.
