Help, Hands Constantly Going Numb especially While I Sleep?

It might be from a low blood circulation. and low blood circulation happens if you don't eat healthy, don't exercise enough, don't drink enough water, are overweight, and/or are deficient in vitamin B12, magnesium, vitamin B3, and the essential fatty acids. you can always get your nutrient levels checked up by the doctor/nurse. they will take a blood test to see if you're low in any of them.
