What is wrong with my leg?

Since yesterday afternoon, my left leg has been numb. It is tingly and every now-and-then feel any type of sensation. Today, my leg and foot hurt really bad and are numb as well. I also had weird cramps (seemed like menstruation cramps, but I just finished this month's period.) It is a very uncomfortable feeling and is starting to scare me a bit. Help?!
