Dizziness, nausea, heart pounding, and skin on my neck and shoulds cold and tingle.?

I am 26 weeks pregnant and I was standing at the counter waiting to check out. So far everything has been checked out as healthy for me at all my visits. Suddenly I got a rush of dizziness, nausea, my heart was pounding very hard and my shoulders and neck started to feel as if a very cold air conditioner was blowing on them. THey felt all tingly as well. I thought I was gonna fall down at the counter. Then after about 5 minutes the rush faded and went away and I was able to exit the store and drive home. I have been googling for more than an hour and I can not find anything that would relate these symptoms. Just wondering if I need to make an appointment or if it is some fluke phase. I had just had lunch, I sleep a ton and I was standing in an air conditioned building so I have no clue what could have caused this.
