I have two months left of summer left and I would like to get down to 95 pounds. All the weight seems to go to my thighs and I hate it because I look awful in jeans- that's why I want to lose the weight. I'm trying to eat healthier- salad, turkey and wheat sandwiches, fruits... And running nonstop for 30 min every night with 10 pull ups. Will I be able to lose the weight in this time frame? Also what are some recommendations for foods and exercises that I could do?? Thanks!
