Weird tingly feeling in toe?

I am 15 years old, And I have this weird tingly, almost like a shock type feeling in my toe, the toe right next to the big toe, if it were a hand, it be my pointing finger, anyway, I only notice it when I stretch, it's only happened a couple of times, is it just a nerve, or something bad?
