Is it normal to get turned on when...?

I've been going out with my boyfriend for a week now. I get turned on by the little things like snuggling up to him, when he looks into my eyes, if he strokes my arms or hands, and when he whispers in my ear "Are you comfortable". I feel all tingly down there and have the urge to kiss him! Do you find that you have to be in the right moment to be turned on when making out with someone you like? We're both new at kissing but he has a very wet mouth and often he kisses very fast. If I'm turned on before we kiss the kiss feels incredible though! Is this normal? He's my first boyfriend
