Mother's And Expecting Mother Help Me Please?

I think i tested to early for a positive on my pregnancy test, I tested last night it was only 11 days after we had sex and it was a negative, But did you ever just feel pregnant? Me and my partner have been having unprotected sex we don't want to "try to get pregnant" we just want to have fun and if we do get lucky then its great. But did you ever feel like you were pregnant like your body changed and just little things are different. My nipples hurt and are tingly when i touch them, im getting small stomach pains not like period ones, and im moody and emotional alot more and just things but yea did you ever just feel pregnant? I've also missed my period...Thank you so much
