Tingling during migraine?

I had what I'm pretty sure was a migraine today. I had the aura in my vision, then a reaally bad headache kind of in the back of my head on the right side. I laid down in my room (dark) and closed my eyes, but didn't really sleep. At some point I realized that my left hand fell asleep, but when I tried to "wake it up," it just kept on tingling and feeling really weird. I could move it and everything, but it felt really weird. It moved up into my wrist and went away after maybe 2 minutes. It happened again maybe 5 or 10 minutes later, but this time it was in my cheek. MY CHEEK. The left side of my mouth began tingling, then went kinda numbinsh/really tingly as it did in my hand. This tapered off in my cheek and spread to the left side of my tongue, and finally went away. IS THIS NORMAL?? I've neeever had this before when I've had migraines. Should I be worried?
