Why can't I breath the day after trying meth ONCE?

never again it sucked. Only thing is ist been like 10 hours and Im still getting tingly spots on my body and on my scalp and I am having a hard time breathing! I do smoke ciggaretts so its not like im not used to smoke in my lungs!
