Could I be pregnant, please advise ?

I was spotting a couple weeks ago, had some odd brown discharge, an extremely. Light bleed last week and shoots of started my period on the 14th. My boobs feel tingly, I did 3 home test that came back with a very faint cross, even a light line with. First response, I have a coil but and stop throwing up or peeing. Am worried I might be pregnant, had similar symptoms with my daughter who now 5. Please someone advice, going to clinic tuseday but going put my mind im pregnant,
