Will God forgive my son?

My son brought his friend over to do some homework upstairs. I thought that they might enjoy a light snack, so I fixed them some sandwiches. However, as soon as I opened the door to my son's room, I dropped my plate as I saw my son having gay sex. Now, when I looked at the floor, I noticed an opened condom packet. I understand that the church prohibits the use of condoms. Should I talk to my son about the evils of condoms?
