Lotion gives me weird reaction?

So I hav this lotion called Simply Basic Romantics Cherry Blossom. It smells really good so I decided to wear it today. I put it on and rubbed it in like normal but then I realized that where I applied it straight from the bottle down my leg, it left a line in my skin that looks like a tan line. It feels kinda tingly now and my leg looks kinda pinkish now. The bottle says the lotion us supposed to induce sensualality. Is that what it is or am I having an allergic reaction? It's kinda weirding me out so I'm going to wash it off anyway. What is happening with this lotion?!!!
