Is This a Brain Tumor?

I'm an 18 year old guy. Last night before bed I got either suddenly very dizzy or very tired. Seeing as how I'm paranoid, I can't tell which it was. However, I bought these sleeping pills yesterday and last night was my first night on them, so that could have caused the odd feeling. But today, my right arm is feeling a little bit tingly. I have headaches sometimes but never severe. My memory hasn't been too bad, but not great, but that's been going on for a long time. Does this sound like a brain tumor?
