Im a 31 year old female and over the past year i have had very bad pains in my heart?

i went to my doctor when this started happening and as i was depressed was told it was related and not to worry my mother has heart disease so as you can imagine i felt quite panicked now the pains are getting alot worse with the stabbing feeling lasting up to 20 seconds with a shooting pain down my left arm and feeling quite numb after like the feeling when you have a dead leg i also get very clammy and hot with a tingly feeling in the tips of my fingers i am getting worried now as i don't feel normal but i don't want to go to my doctors again over this to be told the same thing any help would be great
