Mole problem please help me?

to make this short, i have a slightly raised mole on my head, its about the size of a O , ive had it for years, i dont notice any changes in it but in the last half an hour it feels kind of tingly and a bit like a under the skin spot when i touch it, its not particularly sore or anything but its worrying me. im 16 and im sitting here worried, what should i do? anyone ever had this happen? should i be worried? please only answer if your going to be serious about it, thanks if you can help :( i cant go to the doctors as its the weekend.
