Could this be Implantation?

i started spotting brown (very scanty) only when i wipe on 9 dpo through 14 dpo. the brown turned into red/pink and i took a hpt this morning it was negative. period has not come, boobs are so tingly with viens everywhere. what is going on? no clots or pain...i'm very moody as well. please help. women with experience please respond.
